- Update the copyright year
 - Remove sections from the license which relate to JS dependencies in
   the _client_, which now lives in a separate repository. Almost all of
   the client's dependencies are now vendored via npm, which provides a
   more up to date overview of subcomponent licenses than a static file
   in our source tree.

   If we ever need to produce a complete license file that covers
   dependencies then we should do so from pip/npm metadata.
